Body Stress Elimination Technique (BSET)

Whenever our bodies are injured, we have some sort of infection, or an old scar, they leave an old, stressful "memory" in the body. Over time, these stressful "memories" add up, leading to chronic stress on the whole body, especially the adrenal glands. When the adrenal glands are stressed, they put out abnormal amounts of the hormone cortisol. In small amounts, cortisol is good. It helps return the body to balance after short term stress. The problem is, with all of these old injury "memories" stored in the body, short term stress turns into long term, chronic stress. This causes constant stress on the adrenal glands, and over-secretion of cortisol.

Whew!!! That's one long list, and these are just some of the effects of elevated cortisol levels/hypoadrenia. As you can see, it is of the utmost importance to keep cortisol levels low to keep your body healthy.
